- Raw material crushing and shaping workshop
There are six sets of airflow crushing equipments; the crushing, shaping and grading process is fully completed. The shaping and grading function is our unique technology, and crushing efficiency is 2 million carats per hour.
- Automatic diamond grading equipment
Currently this is one of the most advanced diamond size grading equipments in China, its efficiency is equivalent to that of 10-20 workers, high efficiency and accurate is irreplaceable advantages. It is helpful to increase production ability and ensure consistent quality.
- Microwave drying workshop
In order to meet various production tasks, and long-term stability of product quality, our company is equipped with multiple technology upgrades through our own microwave drying equipment, which is the earliest energy saving and environmental protection device in order to avoid cross-contamination of different particles during the drying process, we adopt the principle of thickness separate drying, and now, we are ready to install the second batch of such equipment.
- Purification workshop
It is the earliest assembled purification equipments in China and has the most advanced waste water treatment technology, and it achieve zero emissions. At the same time, to some extent it also contributes to State environmental protection.
- Manual grading production line
It's the traditional technology for size grading. It can not only produce normal sizes, like the automatic grading machine, but also can adjust size distribution, such as coarse or fine. It can not be instead by machines considering to customers' special offers or requirements.
- Centrifugal grading machine
As a finer size production line, it can produce less than 7 micron, sub-micron and even nano grade diamond. It can complete in few hours than the traditional technology, which takes about 30 days in the past.
- Packaging workshop
The diamond powder is usually packed separately according to coarse & fine sizes. We have steady workers to handle packaging to guarantee prompt delivery.
- QC workshop
At the present, there is mainly Microtrac S3500 & Beckmann Coulter equipment. Multiple inspections are essential from the beginning of raw materials selection, including magnetic property, black particle, intensity and size grading, etc. Each procedure is traceable.
- Rraw materials workshop & warehouse
There are high-precision detector displaying of temperature and humidity. The most prominent feature is each zone is specially set up to each customer accordingly in order to provide stable quality products.
